PartyRoom Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to the PartyRoom mobile application (for iOS and Android) and website (hereinafter referred to as the "Application" or "Service"), created by Sinigma Lab (Illia Cherednychenko) (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider," "we," "us," or "our").

We value your privacy. This Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it—solely to ensure the Application functions, provide personal features, and improve the user experience across all platforms.

By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

1. Information Collection and Use


We adhere to the principle of data minimization, collecting only what is necessary for the Service to function.

1.1. Personal Data (Optional)


You can use PartyRoom as a guest without providing personal information. However, if you choose to sign in (via Email, Google, or Apple), we collect:
  • Email Address: To identify your account and provide password recovery.
  • Display Name and Avatar: To identify you in game lobbies and leaderboards.
  • Saved Presets: Configurations you create for your own game sessions.
  • Game Points and Progress: Information about your earned points and items purchased in the shop.

1.2. Gameplay and Interaction Data


To provide the real-time multiplayer experience, we collect:
  • Session Nickname: A nickname you choose for a specific game session.
  • Interaction Data: Signals (taps, swipes, tilts) used to control the game via your device sensors.
  • Performance Stats: Scores and reaction times achieved during mini-games.

For registered users, this data may be saved to your profile for long-term statistics and rankings. For guests, it is stored temporarily using a persistent Device ID.

1.3. Device and Hardware Features


Our Application may request access to certain device features to enhance your experience:
  • Photo Library: To allow you to upload a custom image for your avatar.
  • Haptic Feedback: To provide vibration feedback during gameplay (e.g., when winning or losing).
  • Diagnostics: Anonymous crash logs and performance reports to help us fix technical issues.

1.4. Information on Purchases and VIP Status


If you make a purchase (e.g., VIP status or points), we do not receive your credit card or banking details. We only receive confirmation from the platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) to activate the features on your account.

1.5. Data for Serving Ads (Rewarded and General)


Our Application may display ads, including Rewarded Ads (videos that you choose to watch in exchange for in-game benefits or rewards).
  • Ads can be disabled with a VIP status.
  • To serve ads, we and our partners (e.g., Google AdMob) may use anonymous identifiers (like Google Advertising ID or IDFA for iOS).
  • We do not use personalized ads for users identified as children.

2. Data Transfer to Third Parties


We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted third-party providers:
  • Supabase / Google Firebase: For authentication, secure database storage, and diagnostics.
  • Apple / Google: For processing payments and managing app distributions.
  • Google AdMob: For serving advertisements.

These third parties have access to your data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

3. Children's Privacy


Our Service is intended for a general audience and can be used by children (0+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without parental consent. We take measures to disable personalized advertising for child audiences.

4. Data Security


The security of your data is important to us. We use secure protocols (SSL/TLS) for data transmission. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. "AS IS" Provision


Our Service is provided "AS IS" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our Service may contain links to other sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of third-party sites.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy


We may update our Privacy Policy. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Policy on this page.
